With a Virtual Number you can have a phone number in major cities that will ring to you IP Phone no matter where you are located. Simply log into MyAccount, and select the number from the list of available numbers. If the number is U.S. based and you have a U.S. address, you must supply your location information for 911 purposes.
Once your Virtual Number has been enabled, you can change your location at any time. Simply log into MyAccount and update your location, or dial 311 and give the operator your current address.
Emergency services will be reached and may be dispatched to your location based on the location you provide. Koncept has partnered with one of the most respected E911 providers in the country and can supply E911 information to Emergency Service personnel, even if their location is not equipped with E911 operations.
